Since Paul and I love trying new cute dates, we never doubted this new playground in Pasig – Jump Yard PH. Okay, I doubted a little because I’m afraid of accidents and I’ve never jumped in a trampoline (Is trampoline even famous here in the Philippines?) before but thank God my excitement took over more.
Jump Yard PH
Jump Yard is located between Tiendesitas and CCF building. Parking is limited so we parked to Tiendisitas instead. An hour of jumping costs 350 pesos but I got mine for 175 pesos in Metrodeal. (yes voucher queen!) Before we’re given a tag to enter the playground, we need to sign a waiver and watch an orientation first. Also, we’re forced to buy a grip socks for a hundred pesos for plain socks is not allowed. Sayang effort magsocks mga koyaenateh!
The jumping playground is wide enough and regulated for only a certain number of jumpers inside. Jump Yard offered different activities like dodge ball, slam dunk and jumping in a pool of foam. Z:\04_Installers & Tool Licenses\Installers, Programs and Drivers\JRE I was so scared to jump at first for I felt like I’ll fall in my knee and hurt myself (and die) which actually happened (except the dying!). After my stupid incident and realizing it was the worst can happened, I let go of my praning self and jump and bounce and laugh.
What I learned to this adventure is that I lacked jumpings skills. I did try to dunk but I wasn’t able to achieved it because I suck. Some kids are doing backflips and I’m just tossing myself on the foams. HOW CAN THEY EVEN!! I also learned that monkey bars are hard!! But I ended up being good in wall climbing (good job legs and arms haha) and jumping from the top to the foams.
Two things I love about Jump Yard are that first they really value your safety. There are marshalls everywhere watching your every move, every step and every breath you take. (char!) The marshalls are really implementing the rules inside so thug life is not allowed. And second is that it’s a good exercise especially for kids. I did sweat a lot so please bring an extra shirt when coming here. I actually don’t need my one-week cardio due to this. And it’s nice to see kids away from their gadgets and making friends here.
Some may say we’re too old for this but nah, no one is too old for this, you just have to be fun! So to all boring and adventurous, young and old, singles and committed, go have some trampoline experience here.
